Grief and Loss is reviewed within a developmental context as a natural consequence of regular life events. This is juxtaposed to where adaptations and adjustments do not effectively work for the individuals and create an arrest and preoccupation accompanied by functional difficulty. The role of preexisting coping skill will be examined in this context. This training is appropriate both for the professionals and the community.
