Overview:
Every one of us experiences challenging relationships, whether privately, publicly, or professionally. There are particular characteristics of others that often cause us to label them in a certain way, when we don’t understand their behavior. Are they difficult, or is it my difficulty in dealing with someone who operates differently than myself?

Objectives:

• Discuss how we can separate the person from the behavior and grow as human beings through the difficulty
