Resilience will be examined from a developmental perspective. The necessary contributing factor to its development and relevance for healthy adjustment and emotional wellness will be reviewed. Additionally, this training will explore how coping skills are intimately related to the manner in which earlier crises in life are addressed. Participants will begin to learn how to use this developmental perspective to assist individuals under their care.
