Under her strategic leadership, WellLife Network has expanded its reach, strengthened program quality, and advanced its mission to deliver inclusive, high-quality behavioral health, developmental disability, housing, substance use recovery, and community support services.

A resourceful and strategic financial leader, Sherry brings expertise in organizational growth and operational excellence. She first joined WellLife Network as a consultant, later served as Chief Financial Officer, and ultimately assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Since stepping into the CEO position, she has led a significant fiscal turnaround, stabilizing the organization and positioning WellLife for responsible, sustainable growth.

Sherry is particularly proud of the cultural transformation she has driven across the organization. Her leadership has emphasized open communication, transparency, and shared purpose, ensuring that every employee feels valued, seen and heard. She firmly believes that WellLife’s team members are its most valuable asset and the “secret sauce” behind fulfilling the organization’s mission.

A strong advocate for inclusivity and belonging, Sherry has embedded inclusive leadership into WellLife’s culture and operations. Her commitment has been recognized with honors such as the 2024 Diversity in Business Award from Long Island Business News. She also serves on several boards and is an active participant in community partnerships, civic forums, and industry events, frequently representing WellLife in discussions around supportive housing, community engagement, and behavioral health innovation.

Sherry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of South Florida. She welcomes opportunities for media engagement and public speaking and is proud to serve as a voice for WellLife Network, its workforce, and the communities it serves.

Lori Alameda serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial operations at WellLife Network. With a dual degree in Accounting and Economics from Queens College and more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, Lori brings financial expertise, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to agency growth.

Before joining WellLife, Lori spent two decades in public accounting, during this time, she was also an active leader in the Women’s Leadership Initiative, mentoring young professionals and championing pathways for women to advance in the fields of finance and accounting.

At WellLife, Lori leads multiple departments, including Finance, Budgeting, and Information Technology. She works closely with the CEO to drive strategic planning, optimize financial performance, and identify new opportunities for growth. She also supports the financial direction and execution for WellLife’s expanding mixed-use housing portfolio.

A dedicated mentor, Lori plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s talent development strategy, helping staff gain the skills, visibility, and support needed to advance within the agency. She strongly believes in promoting from within and is dedicated in guiding her mentees toward long-term professional success.

Lori is an active member of a NYC CFO Roundtable and a National CFO Council Members group, where she collaborates with financial leaders to strengthen best practices and advance innovation in financial management.

Tricia Singh serves as Chief Administrative Officer at WellLife Network, where she oversees Human Resources, Engagement and Belonging, Communications, Quality Assurance, and Corporate Compliance. She leads the organization’s Continuous Quality Improvement efforts, focusing on enhancing the employee experience from onboarding through leadership development, while also strengthening client centered quality across behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability services.

With more than 25 years of experience, Tricia brings extensive leadership in communications, human resources, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She spent 17 years in New York City government, holding senior leadership roles at the NYC Department of City Planning, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and the Fire Department of the City of New York. As Assistant Commissioner and Chief Workforce Officer at FDNY, she supported workforce strategy and operations for more than 17,000 employees.

At WellLife Network, Tricia has brought workforce planning, culture, quality, and compliance into closer alignment to support the agency’s ongoing growth and operational effectiveness. She is deeply committed to mentorship and leadership development and actively supports the growth of early career professionals and senior leaders, including providing pro bono coaching focused on interview preparation and career advancement.

Tricia has been recognized for her leadership and impact through honors including City and State’s Black Trailblazers and Above and Beyond in Social Service, Crain’s Notable Black Leader, and Long Island Power Women. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in communication arts from Long Island University. She is a SHRM Certified Professional and is currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

As COO, Ms. Gorman oversees behavioral health clinical services, care coordination, behavioral health residential services, the developmental disabilities division, development and strategy. Karen is a seasoned human services executive and trained clinician with more than two decades of experience in behavioral health, housing, and community-based services.

Karen has served at WellLife Network since 2020, most recently as Vice President of Strategy & Development, where she led key initiatives to expand the organization’s housing and programmatic portfolio, enhance fiscal sustainability, and support the implementation of WellLife’s three-year strategic plan. She has overseen the development of new programs from concept to launch; managed property management operations with a focus on resident wellness and long-term sustainability; and secured significant grant funding through her leadership of fundraising initiatives.  In Ms. Gorman’s new role as COO, she will oversee behavioral health clinical services, care coordination, behavioral health residential services, the developmental disabilities division, development and strategy.

Prior to joining WellLife Network, Ms. Gorman held senior roles at Federation of Organizations (RiseWell), where she directed housing development efforts, secured major state and federal funding, and represented the agency at local, regional, and national forums. She also brings extensive clinical and academic experience, serving for more than a decade as an Adjunct Professor and Practicum Liaison at Adelphi University’s School of Social Work.

Ms. Gorman holds a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stonehill College.

Mansour Max Banilivy, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience providing comprehensive, multidisciplinary behavioral health services across New York State and nationally. He completed a prestigious fellowship at Harvard Medical School’s Children’s/Judge Baker Guidance Center and is widely recognized for his expertise in several specialty areas, particularly self-injury and suicide prevention.

Dr. Banilivy is an active member of an international network of suicide prevention instructors and is highly regarded for his contributions to this critical field. His work has earned recognition both nationally and within New York State, reflecting his deep commitment to advancing safety, awareness, and effective intervention practices.

While his early training in Boston focused on children, couples and family therapy, Dr. Banilivy has since expanded his expertise to developing high-quality training programs for behavioral health providers and others serving as a valued resource for the broader community through monthly community educational series.

At WellLife Network, Dr. Banilivy continues to strengthen the organization’s, and community, suicide prevention and behavioral health efforts through ongoing trainings. He plays a vital role in continuance quality improvement, educating, instructing, and mentoring staff and helping to ensure that WellLife remains a proactive, informed, and responsive agency in the behavioral health field.

Dr. Oanghkarjit Buttar is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than three decades of experience in clinical care, medical leadership, and provider development.

He began his career in 1989 as an Attending Psychiatrist in the Outpatient Psychiatry Department at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, where he went on to serve as Medical Director of Outpatient Psychiatry from 2008 to 2010.

Dr. Buttar joined WellLife Network in 2010 and currently serves as Co-Medical Director, providing clinical oversight, leadership, and strategic guidance across the agency’s behavioral health programs.

His extensive background in both hospital and community-based settings has made him a key contributor to the organization’s commitment to high-quality care. Dr. Buttar completed his psychiatric residency at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn and holds an MBBS from Government Medical College in Amritsar, India. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in clinical education, supervision, and staff development.

At WellLife, he regularly meets with prescribers and nurse practitioners to review clinical cases, strengthen diagnostic and treatment skills, as he supports ongoing professional growth.

Dedicated to excellence in psychiatric practice, Dr. Buttar plays an essential role in ensuring WellLife’s clinical services remain effective, collaborative, and grounded in the highest standards of care.

Meryl Camer, LCSW-R, is a seasoned clinical leader with more than 35 years of experience in mental health and substance use services. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Buffalo State College and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University, laying the foundation for a career focused on expanding access to high-quality behavioral health care.

Since beginning her work in 1988, Meryl has built a distinguished reputation in program development, service innovation, and organizational leadership. She currently oversees nearly 35 programs across Suffolk County, as well as in Nassau County, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.

Under Meryl’s leadership, several key programs have expanded significantly. Two ACT initiatives, Huntington Flexible ACT, now open, and Queens Flexible ACT, recently awarded, have increased capacity with individuals served. She also helped secure grant funding to expand the age range at the Setauket Community Residence, allowing the program to serve young adults up to age 21 who are transitioning from residential care or foster care.

Meryl also spearheaded the development of a new OASAS-licensed substance use clinic in Elmont and is leading efforts to open a new mental health clinic in the same community, further expanding access to essential behavioral health services.

Throughout her career, Meryl has remained deeply committed to addressing systemic inequities, strengthening community-based supports, and advocating for individuals who face significant barriers to care. A social worker and program builder at heart, she continually works to develop creative, effective programming that promotes recovery, dignity, and long-term well-being.

In this role, she provides strategic legal guidance across a broad range of matters, including corporate governance, labor and employment, regulatory compliance, real estate, contracts, and risk management. Her deep understanding of the legal and regulatory environment facing nonprofit organizations enables her to support WellLife’s mission while safeguarding its interests and ensuring compliance.

Dianne earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Colgate University and her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

In addition to her legal career, Dianne has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to public service and civic leadership. She served as the elected Mayor of Oradell, New Jersey, for 12 years, having been re-elected twice. She is also actively involved in Women United in Philanthropy, reflecting her ongoing dedication to community engagement and social impact.

He oversees the Accounting and Contracts teams, as well as the Accounts Payable, Payroll, Client Fee, and Purchasing departments.

With more than 28 years of experience in accounting and finance—and 20 years at WellLife Network—Jianwei brings deep institutional knowledge and financial expertise to his leadership. Throughout his tenure, he has played a key role in streamlining financial processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the financial integrity that supports WellLife’s wide range of programs.

Jianwei earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Queens College (CUNY) and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from St. John’s University. Prior to joining WellLife Network, he spent seven years working as a Senior Accountant at banking and securities brokerage firms in both Wall Street and Midtown Manhattan.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Jianwei is an active mentor in WellLife Network’s Developmental Disabilities (DD) program, reflecting his commitment to supporting both staff and the individuals served by the organization.

Amanda Estrine serves as Vice President of Budget & Strategic Innovation at WellLife Network, bringing more than 15 years of experience in fiscal management, strategic planning, and operational innovation within the behavioral health care and nonprofit sectors. She is adept at managing complex operating budgets exceeding $100 million and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive financial sustainability and organizational growth.

Ms. Estrine has successfully overseen more than $100 million in grant funding and led cost-saving initiatives that have generated millions of dollars in efficiencies, while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and mission impact. In her role, she advises senior executives on financial planning, budget development, and long-term strategy, contributing to significant revenue growth and enhanced financial performance across the agency.

Ms. Estrine holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Barnard College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She is also an active participant in professional programs focused on budgets and revenue cycle management, further strengthening her expertise in financial operations and innovation.

Dr. Karine Grigoryants is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with fifteen years of clinical and leadership experience in community-based mental health care. She specializes in program development, quality improvement, and evidence-based treatment for individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and co-occurring conditions. She is committed to promoting high-quality care for the individuals and communities she serves.

Dr. Grigoryants received her medical degree from The First Tashkent State Medical Institute, completed her Psychiatry Residency at Nassau University Medical Center, and pursued advanced training through the Public Psychiatry Fellowship at Columbia University.

Before joining WellLife Network, Dr. Grigoryants had extensive clinical experience in outpatient services, including PROS programs and substance use treatment clinics. She served as Assistant Chief Medical Officer at RiseWell Community Services, where she oversaw and developed a range of programs, supported the development of multidisciplinary teams, mentored clinical staff and trained Nurse Practitioner interns from Stony Brook, Adelphi, and Molloy universities. In her work she is emphasizing preventive care, collaborative practice and fostering healthy, effective working relationships.

Nadia Hrvatin is an experienced healthcare administrator with nearly three decades of service at WellLife Network, specializing in the oversight of highly regulated OPWDD programs. Her work reflects a steady commitment to thoughtful planning, supportive leadership, and effective communication across diverse teams and communities. Her professional background spans treatment coordination, quality assurance, and executive leadership, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and a commitment to excellence in person-centered care.

As Vice President of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Division, Ms. Hrvatin, oversees 44 programs across 35 locations, delivering residential services to approximately 260 individuals. The division supports individuals through a range of services tailored to their needs, including residential, day, nursing, behavioral, and family support services, all designed to promote independence, health, and meaningful community participation.

Under Nadia’s leadership, her teams work with individuals daily to achieve greater independence while ensuring essential medical and behavioral supports are in place to help them actively pursue personal goals. The Family Support program serves individuals and families living in the community through Community Habilitation services for 40 families, In-Home Respite services, ISS/Housing Subsidy support, and Family Reimbursement services across Queens and Brooklyn.

Ms. Hrvatin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Pace University’s Briarcliffe Campus.

Her 28 years at WellLife Network reflect her personal commitment to the people served, the teams she supports, and the mission of the organization.

Known for her compassionate leadership, Ms. John has played a pivotal role in shaping WellLife’s mental health services and advancing recovery-oriented care.

In her current role, Ms. John leads WellLife Network’s Mental Health Residential Division, overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of programs including Community Residences (CRs), CR-SROs, Onwards, Supported Housing, the HELP Team, Care Coordination, Intake, and residential services across Queens and Brooklyn.  She provides leadership with both rigor and empathy, ensuring high-quality care while upholding the dignity and rights of those served.

Ms. John’s management philosophy is grounded in a personal approach that recognizes each individual as having a unique story, voice, and set of rights. Under her leadership, the Residential Division has become a trusted and respected resource throughout New York State. She fosters a culture where every employee is valued, heard, and seen, and where transparency, open communication, and accountability are core values.

Her leadership has been recognized with the Code of Conduct Award from the New York State Justice Center, reflecting her unwavering commitment to ethical practice and resident safety. She has also completed coursework in Financial Accounting through Harvard Business School Online, strengthening her ability to align clinical excellence with sound financial understanding.

Ms. John encourages innovation, continuous learning, and meaningful outreach beyond WellLife Network. Her initiatives have significantly improved residents’ quality of life while inspiring staff excellence and professional growth.

Ms. John holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University. She began her career as a Direct Support Professional, and steadily advanced through supervisory and executive roles. Over the course of her career, she has overseen ACT teams, adolescent skills programs, PROS, care coordination, and residential housing services.

After nearly four decades at WellLife Network, Ms. John’s legacy continues to positively impact countless individuals, families, and communities, demonstrating the enduring power of compassionate leadership in mental health care.

Chris began his career at WellLife Network as a Data Analyst, examining data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and create smoother, more effective systems.  His ability to streamline processes that enhance efficiency quickly distinguished him and helped propel his advancement within the organization. Chris has grown over years at WellLife Network, working in various roles.

In his current role, Chris oversees a wide variety of programs, including the agency’s Emergency Preparedness Program, ensuring that WellLife Network remains equipped, compliant, and ready. His work directly supports the organization’s mission by fostering continuous improvement and a culture of excellence.

Amy Platt, PhD, serves as the Vice President of Data Strategy & Analytics, where she drives the agency’s enterprise-wide digital transformation and data-driven culture. With more than two decades of experience in clinical operations and behavioral health program administration, including serving as a Division Director for multiple behavioral health programs, she brings a unique understanding of how data, technology, and clinical practice intersect.  Dr. Platt views data as the organization’s most valuable resource.

She oversees all major systems connected to the electronic health record (EHR) environment, including prescribing systems, reporting tools, KPI dashboards, and clinical/administrative applications. Her long-term vision is to develop a comprehensive, unified data lake that consolidates all agency data assets, enabling real-time transparency, standardized reporting, automation, and prevention of operational inefficiencies or waste.

A strong advocate for innovation, she actively implements automation and AI-powered solutions across clinical, billing, and administrative workflows. She integrates tools such as Power Automate to reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, and supports growth without expanding staffing. She describes AI as “automation on steroids,” and incorporates it as a core component of operational optimization.  Despite leading complex digital and data initiatives, Dr. Platt operates with a highly efficient team of five highly skilled professionals, demonstrating her ability to leverage technology as a multiplier for organizational impact.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Albany, master’s degree from Adelphi University, and PhD from Stony Brook University.

Greg oversees regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation, while ensuring the agency is equipped with the technology needed to propel and extend the WellLife mission.

Under his leadership, his team has completed significant computer network and cybersecurity upgrades and optimizations, enhancing system performance, reliability, and security.
