FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES
Family Support Services enhance the ability of a family with a seriously emotionally challenged or at-risk child or adolescent to function as a family within the community. An array of customized, flexible, supportive and educational services is offered. The program’s goal is to assist families in attaining emotional and behavioral stability and averting the need for out-of-home placement or a higher level of care.
Family Support Services
Families, in consultation with care managers, may receive the following support services:
- Respite Care
- Specialized Educational Respite - Tutoring
- Parenting Workshops
- Individualized In-Home Family Education
- Support Groups
- Parent Advocacy
- Youth Partner Services
- Family Group Social Activities
- Transportation Support
