DSP

Direct Support Professionals are individuals who provide essential care and support to people with disabilities, assisting them in leading fulfilling and independent lives.
They were closely with individuals to help them with daily activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, transportation, and more. DSP’s also play a crucial role in fostering community involvement, improving social skills, and encouraging personal growth. Their work often involves a compassionate approach to ensure the well-being and dignity of those they support.
