Congratulations to Aldkida Jones-Philbert on her promotion to Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, Aldkida will be spearheading and implementing the human resources strategic plan, including talent management; staffing and retention; diversity; cultural development; employee relations; compensation and benefits; and a marketing approach for enhancing the role of human resources as a key component of the infrastructure Network.

Ms. Jones-Philbert has been employed by Network for fourteen years and has many years of experience in the field. She built her career in Well Life through a variety of positions, including Benefits Administrator, Assistant Director, Deputy Director, and most recently Human Resources Director.

Aldkida received her Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Empire State. She will be reporting directly to Sherry Tucker, CEO and will be based at the Executive Offices in Flushing.

Veronika Omole

Director, Community-Based Services

Please join me in congratulating Veronika Omole on her promotion to Director of Community-Based Services. In her new role Veronika is responsible for Bridger, Pathway Adult Home Plus, Behavioral Health Adult HCBS (NYC and on Long Island), Bed & Respite (Short-Term Crisis Respite), NYC and Long Island Recovery Coordination and Long Island Supported Housing.

Veronika has been employed by Network for over eighteen years and has almost 25 years of experience within the field. Through Veronika’s leadership, several programs Network as “top providers” in New York State. In 2019, one of her programs was recognized for its performance and provided with Infrastructure Funding for over $1.1 million dollars. Veronika also serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Community Living (ACL) where is a voting member.

Veronika received her undergraduate degree from the College of New Rochelle and Masters Degrees in Social Work from New York University. She also holds certifications in Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) from CUNY Hunter College School of Social Work and Social Sector Leadership from the University of California – Berkeley (Haas). She will be reporting directly to Rebecca Costa, Vice President, Children and Family Services; Addiction Recovery Services and -Based Services.
