<p>WellLife Network is a founding member of Advanced Health Network (AHN) which partners with health plans and hospitals to provide integrated care and special supports for individuals with mental health issues.<br style="line-height:2"/>We were also instrumental in the development of the Advanced Care Alliance (ACA). ACA is organized to coordinate a system of person-centered supports and services through a provider network for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. </p>
