Opportunities for Independence and Inclusion

Having a place to call home is one of the most basic human needs. For many, having not only a home but a supportive and nurturing living environment is essential for coping with life’s challenges and achieving a fulfilling life.

WellLife Network’s state-of-the-art and innovative housing programs and support services, located throughout New York City and Long Island, offer supportive environments to more than 1,000 individuals and families with mental illness, developmental disabilities/intellectual disabilities, those who are seniors and formerly homeless individuals. Our residential offerings include, houses, apartments, and mixed-use dwellings.

WellLife Network’s housing promotes living with dignity. Building upon the strengths and preferences of each individual we encourage and support wellness, self-determination and recovery.

WellLife Network's custom-designed homes blend form and function with a host of ADA compliant features and amenities. Our homes are thoughtfully decorated with each resident’s unique culture and traditions in mind. We also provide outdoor recreation areas that are beautifully landscaped and provide a relaxing respite area.  

Our goal is to assist individuals to lead more rewarding and independent lives.

A Home Filled with Caring and Love
<p>
The 145th Road IRA in Jamaica, Queens is a beautiful home to seven young men. It opened in June 2014. The direct care support professionals, clinical teams and management work together to facilitate
a therapeutic and nurturing home
environment for the residents.
</p><p>
Our residential support services assist participants in leading full and active lives. We also provide opportunities for participants to make meaningful community connections. The residence team has seen measurable improvements in the residents' abilities as they work on goals that will enhance their
independence. The central Queens
location allows for the residents
to also maintain close contact with their families.

The WellLife Network of group homes and supportive apartments, throughout New York City, are home to more than 200 adults with developmental disabilities.
